Chivvis Development is an urban redevelopment firm working to transform historic Chouteau’s Landing into a vibrant community for inspired St. Louisians. Guided by the vision of its founder, Steve Murphy, Chivvis is dedicated to the city’s ongoing efforts to revitalize and promote the City's urban core, while maintaining the architecture that sets the St. Louis community apart. Successes
756 Historic Fourth Street
Home to Chivvis Development's office and Black Label Gallery Lounge, 756 & 758 South Fourth Street are the first completed projects in Chouteau’s Landing. The completion of 904 S. Fourth Street will soon follow.
