Chivvis Development

Chivvis Development is a St. Louis-based company dedicated to preserving and redeveloping the historic Chouteau’s Landing district. As one of the oldest remaining original City grids, Chouteau’s Landing’s 58-acre redevelopment will be a significant contribution to St. Louis’ urban renaissance. The project will unfold in three phases unveiling five neighborhoods, including the commercial Historic Fourth Street neighborhood and the Chouteau's Landing Art Center, a 122,000-square-foot interactive arts center scheduled to be housed in the building currently known as Powell Square.

Redefining the St. Louis Skyline

Chivvis Development intends to redefine Chouteau’s Landing and awaken the St. Louis skyline. Connected to Busch Stadium, the Downtown Business District, the Riverfront and the St. Louis Arch, Chouteau’s Landing will evolve into an arts district that complements and expands the business, residential and recreational opportunities in the St. Louis core.
